Pattern Princess
Evie Hinojosa (b. 1998 in LaPlace, LA) is a visual artist living and working in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She graduated summa cum laude in 2021 from Louisiana Tech University, earning herself a Bachelor of Fine Arts and the College of Liberal Arts Academic Excellence Award. Since graduating, her work has been published in The Quatrain and Create! Magazine as well as sold in her local bookshop in Baton Rouge, Red Stick Reads. In her spare time, Evie participates in local art events such as The Ogden Park Prowl and White Light Night.
Her most recent body of work explores patterns and fragmentation, and she experiments with blending fine art media with traditional crafts and their motifs.
